Jimothy the raccoon
is a celebrity of sorts.
That awkward looking bandit has his fans.
Deformed and crippled, he makes due.
His quirks don’t hold him back.
His attitude is one that says “I can!”
Like Jimothy, I, too, have flaws.
I’m less than others are.
And yet I have the means to do my best.
It really makes no difference
if I’m clumsy, odd or strange.
Who I am is all I need to face each test.
